We offer the benefit of continuity. Both co-founders have worked together almost continuously since meeting at Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1990.
From there, Patrick Walsh and A.J. Borresen went on to run the U.S. tax department for Fiat, partnered at the Sziklay Borresen Group (and its predecessor firm) and worked together as managing directors at Duff & Phelps. We formed the current firm in March 2010.
Most of the firm’s professionals have worked with the name principals for all or a majority of their professional careers. That means top-notch continuity and teamwork – benefits typically found with more established firms.
At the same time, the vast majority of our clients have long relationships with the firm’s personnel.
